TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

By completing the registration process you agree  to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

You must be 18 years and over to activate an AMOR REWARDS card.

Only one card can be purchased or used by any one (immediate) family on any one year.

All photography and images are copyright to the respective photographers.

All people photographed agree that the photographers, the studios and Lighthouse Studio Productions P/L have unlimited and free use of all images and may publish, give, and/or sell any image without restrictions.  

Activation of your card is immediate once your registration form has been submitted and free packages can therefore be booked immediately.

Each package is redeemable only once.

the 2008 AMOR REWARDS card expires in on the 30th September 2009.

Cards can be transferred to friends and family but must be re-activated in new name for transfer to be complete.

Lighthouse Studio Productions P/L reserves the right to cancel/restrict or suspend any card without notice and without refund.

Photographers and Free Packages are subject to availability.

Benefits offered by independent wedding businesses and the terms & conditions governing the use of these benefits  may be withdrawn, cancelled, amended, discontinued and changed without notice.

The inclusion of any business participating in the AMOR REWARDS benefit program does not mean that Lighthouse Studio Productions P/L recommends or endorses the business.

ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PREWEDDING SHOOTS

Both prewedding shoots (Free Packages) are strictly available to engaged couples only.

There is no obligation to book any wedding package or purchase any additional prints.
